The Little Man Whose Heart Grew Big
Another fabulous book in this series of simple Bible stories for preschoolers, this one tells the story of Zacchaeus.
The repetition of the words ‘little’ and ‘big’ to describe (at various points) Zacchaeus’ height, the amount of money he had, the size of his heart and so on, is really clever. Small people will quickly latch on to these words, and learn that Jesus has come to make ALL of us friends with God, regardless of how much we’ve done wrong!
‘The Little Man Whose Heart Grew Big’ is an excellent addition to a series that I really think is a genius idea for very small children. Every toddler should own this collection!
