Nana Teapot and the Grand Opening
My 9-year-old son says, “Nana Teapot is opening her own cafe, and Annabelle and her family are going to help set up and make cakes ready for the opening.
They get there but then there’s a fire and all of the cakes are ruined and then these kind neighbours offer their kitchens so they can make more cakes for the cafe.
‘Nana Teapot and the Grand Opening’ was a very creative book, the author used loads of description and I found it very exciting. There was nothing I didn’t like about the book! I’d give it 9/10.
I think children aged 5-10 would enjoy ‘Nana Teapot and the Grand Opening’ – younger children having it read to them and older children reading it on their own like I did. There are quite a few pictures and I found it easy to read.”
