This is a gentle but clear, thought-provoking and encouraging book about how to respond when our children walk away from Jesus.
It is filled with Scripture and points to Jesus and his abounding grace throughout. It offers hope and encouragement but doesn’t shy away from the immense pain and feelings of guilt carried by parents of those who have walked away and offers helpful ways to bring these to Jesus in lament and repentance. There are also lots of helpful ways for church members to support those in this position.
I highly recommend “When Children Walk Away From Jesus” if you are in this position or if you have any desire to love and support those in this position.
