Tracing Glory: The Christmas Story Through the Bible
By Sarah Rice
This is a straight-down-the-line, word-based family Advent devotional, ideal for primary-aged children, but suggestions are given for toddlers and teens too.
You read the Bible passage (not given) then a longer reflection (but the helpful ‘main point’ and ‘link to Jesus’ sections are there if your kids won’t sit through the whole reflection) and questions which will engage the whole family.
If you’re looking for an off-the-shelf resource you can use without any prep, ‘Tracing Glory’ is a good solution!
