The Picture Bible New Testament

The bright and colourful pages make this much less daunting than a full Bible for an older child/teen/new Christian whilst remaining biblically accurate and being much more detailed than many storybook Bibles.

I particularly enjoyed the section based around the book of Acts as this is not covered in many children’s/story Bibles. It led to some interesting conversations with my daughter who had heard some of these stories but wasn’t sure how they fit together. She is a huge graphic novel fan so I was sure she would enjoy this book and she absolutely did! She said, “It’s an easier and maybe more fun way to read the Bible. It explained some of the complicated bits well but without being too childish. I think it would be good for all ages who want to learn about Jesus. Maybe some of my friends who don’t go to church but who are interested in what I believe would read it as we all like graphic novels so it would make it easier for them to read.”
