I'm a huge fan of Christian author, blogger, speaker and podcaster Sheila Wray Gregoire, and her team of researchers.

Having read a dozen top US Christian marriage books and analysed their teaching on sex, AND having surveyed over 20,000 Christian women (you may have been one of them!), Sheila, Rebecca and Joanna have assembled a rock-solid tome of counter-arguments to many of the ways the Bible’s message on sex has been twisted over the last few decades.

Whilst many marriages have suffered terribly because of these bad interpretations, I didn’t think mine had – yet was still surprised to read about things I’d absorbed and never realised! However functioning your view (and/or experience) of sex, you will learn something from ‘The Great Sex Rescue’. Packed with stories, statistics and well-articulated Biblical exegesis, the authors have managed to somehow make it a really fun and easy read.
