The Christmas Story

I’d say ‘The Christmas Story’ is geared towards 5-8s, as it’s incredibly full and detailed, telling the story of why Jesus came – right from Genesis through to the personal choice we all have to make. I think it could make a great story to tell in instalments too, as it’s fairly long.

A younger primary-school class would be the perfect audience, with a few pages told each day in the run-up to Christmas. It’s beautifully illustrated, with rich colour filling each page, and would make a gorgeous gift.
