Queen Elizabeth II: The Queen Who Chose To Serve

By Alison Mitchell

You may know that I'm a massive fan of this 'Do Great Things for God' series, featuring the stories of inspirational female Christians through the ages.

My kids and I loved everything about ‘Queen Elizabeth II’: the beautiful pictures, the engaging text, the focus on her childhood and a few lesser-known facts.

Above all, however, I appreciated the focus on the late Queen’s faith. Extracts from past Christmas Day Speeches are included, as well as the significance of being given a Bible at her coronation. ‘Queen Elizabeth II’ is a super book!
