Prayer is an Adventure

I find that children’s Christian books are either Bible stories, fiction or devotionals – there aren’t many which deal with theology. This one shares different ideas about prayer using St John’s warm style, with plenty of metaphors and stories to communicate abstract concepts.

The chapters are usually just a couple of pages in length, so easily readable over a mealtime or bedtime – AND work well across a variety of ages (great if you have multiple kids). I highly recommend ‘Prayer is an Adventure’ if you want to disciple your kids in prayer.
