Hagar

Sticking close to the biblical text, this retelling is in read-aloud rhyme (which also scans), making it a lovely choice for a book to be enjoyed by the whole family. It tells the story of Hagar, who was mistreated and misused, but who God stayed close to and blessed. Aimed at children aged 4-8s and their grown-ups, but older and younger children have enjoyed it!
