God's Big Promises: Easter for Little Ones

‘Easter for Little Ones’ uses simple, clear, explanatory language. In short sentences it gives a robust description of complex beliefs of the Christian faith. It introduces Holy Communion. It also introduces the thief next to Jesus on the cross and explains that Jesus promises to save him. It talks about Jesus rising and being with his friends again.

‘Easter for Little Ones’ digs deeper into the Easter story than the usual telling for younger children. The illustration in this book is in the style of the ‘God’s Big Promises’ series; it is bright and colourful. There is good diversity of skin tones in the book. The people also have very expressive faces which is great for discussing feelings with little ones.

‘Easter for Little Ones’ is a great book which would be perfect for families, kids’ church, playgroups etc.
