God and Me: 101 Bite-Sized Devotions

‘God and Me’ covers 101 topics on themes of your feelings, relationships, your world, Christian life and your body. Each devotion has an introductory paragraph with lots of questions and things to think about. It then points to a Bible verse or story to read together – or perhaps to try memorise. Each devotion ends with a short, simple prayer.

I really like some of the topics in ‘God and Me’ such as “What’s your hair like?”, “Resting” and “A broken toy” – there are just so many topics which matter to toddlers and pre-schoolers. ‘God and Me’ is great because it’s not ordered, it’s not numbered, you can just dip in and out as you wish. I also like the way it covers Bible stories which children don’t always get to hear – like Paul being a tent maker.

‘God and Me’ has diverse illustrations which are simple and clear. This book is one that we used and enjoyed for many years!
