Friend of Sinners

Each day starts with a verse, a longer passage, followed by comments by the author, and ending with a question to reflect on. As the title suggests, each day looks at a person Jesus ‘befriended’ and the impact their meeting had.

As ‘Friend of Sinners’ went on, I really felt a closer understanding of the crucifixion and what it meant for Jesus and the impact it had on those around him. I loved the way each of the devotionals brought me to a better understanding of Jesus both in my head and heart. Such an honest style, making me think about my relationship with Jesus and want to go deeper with him. Definitely recommend.
