This lovely story, for 4-7s, had me quite emotional! And my son loved it so much, as soon as it had finished, he wanted me to read it to him again!
Daniel is a young boy who loves to draw. When he shows his latest piece to his family, everyone is too busy to take a proper look – until his Grandad Barnabas comes to visit. Daniel’s Painting is a lovely tale about the value of encouragement. Written in rhyme, with interesting illustrations to look at, it makes a lovely read-aloud.
