Vicar and adoptive dad David Sims struggled to find a family devotion which suited his 'lively' family (my goodness, don't I understand that euphemism…) so he wrote one!
Creation to Crib is the glorious result. Don’t be put-off by the weighty, A4 bulk of it – there is plenty of space for journalling and doodling included. But each day through Advent there’s a short Bible reading (helpfully printed out for you), a reflection to read, then ideas to ‘think’, ‘do’ and ‘pray’. You simply pick what works for your family, and away you go! A lovely way to celebrate Advent with mixed ages and personalities.
