Bigger and Better

A rhyming book which features everyday situations that children find themselves in, with the reminder that Jesus is King.

My six year old loved this book and by the end was joining in with the refrain of “Jesus is Bigger and Jesus is Better…”. There was so much emotional depth to each situation, yet each finishes with the reminder that we face nothing alone and God is in control.

The illustration is beautiful, as is the text and calligraphy. I also liked the Bible verses hidden within each picture. They would make great memory verses for when a child is faced with that situation. My son also really enjoyed looking for the dog on each page.

‘Bigger and Better’ is an absolute winner, and became a bedtime favourite for us.
