Being Godʼs Child: A Parentʼs Guide
And a nice thin one at that, so you can actually get to the end and feel a sense of achievement. Huzzah!
But I digress. ‘Being Godʼs Child’ is for all of us who’ve struggled to connect with God since having kids. Why is that? BECAUSE THE OLD ROUTINES DON’T WORK. So here are ten new ones – ways of connecting with God which we can learn by observing how our children relate to us. You can tell they’ve been tried out in Anna’s own busy life as a working mum of three.
Each chapter is easy to read, not too long, but contains a stack of really helpful ideas. Then at the back there are group study notes (‘Being Godʼs Child’ would make an excellent book to read together in mums’ Bible studies) as well as ideas to help your child connect with God. It’s the book I wish I’d written. Fabulous.
